We’re Maria and Alexia — two sisters raised by Greek immigrant parents who taught us the value of honest work, real food, and the healing power of nature. Our father, Vasilios, spent decades as a chef and Greek restaurant owner, instilling in us a love for simple, nourishing ingredients.
Together, we’ve created an olive oil that celebrates our roots — crafted with olives grown in Kalamata, the heartland of Greece’s most celebrated olive groves. Known for its rich soil and ideal climate, Kalamata produces some of the world’s most flavorful and nutrient-rich olives. We partner with trusted local producers to ensure that every drop of our oil reflects the purity, taste, and heritage of this remarkable region.
